Full-Time 211 Program Supervisor

Major Accountabilities
Responsible for overall coordination of the 211 Program including hiring, training, and supervising 211 staff
Coordinates and maintains computerized databases
Provides ongoing outreach to agencies to maintain support and understanding of 211 and to gather current information for the 211 database
Represents CSNA at interagency meetings, presentations, and events to market 211
Serves as staff on-call with other staff members, including providing medical advocacy for victims of violence.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in social work, library science/computer science or related field, or equivalent preferred
Completion of CSNA training program
Knowledge of computer hardware and software required, skilled in web to database connectivity technologies
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Requires; confidentiality, proof of reliable transportation, insurable through agency auto insurance as well as current auto insurance and a valid AL Driver’s License.
