Our volunteers answer calls on HELPline after completing a 5.5 week intensive training course. The classes meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30 PM- 8:30 PM for a total of 11 classes. Graduates then do “on the job” training for 3 four-hour shifts before answering HELPline on their own.
