Be the steady voice someone reaches for in a crisis.

Our volunteers answer calls after completing a 5.5-week, trauma-informed training designed to prepare you for real conversations with real people who need support.

Training schedule

• Tuesdays + Thursdays | 5:30–8:30 PM

• 11 classes total

After graduation, you’ll complete three 4-hour “on-the-job” shifts alongside trained staff before taking calls independently.
