Full-Time Sexual Assault Response Coordinator – Cullman & Winston Counties
Mondays – Fridays 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, nights and weekends as necessary
Non Exempt, $17.85/hour

Major Accountabilities
Coordinates and oversees services to sexual assault victims and families in Cullman and Winston Counties including advocacy, counseling/ consultation, and follow-up with other service providers.
Serves as liaison for the Sexual Assault Response Program with other agencies.
Screens, trains, and supervises agency volunteers to serve as advocates.
Increase visibility of Crisis Services Response services.
Provides medical advocacy in Cullman if a volunteer advocate is not available.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
Completion of Crisis Services training program , and ACAR required trainings
Ability to work well with a variety of people and strong communication skills
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
Requires; confidentiality, proof of reliable transportation, insurable through agency auto insurance as well as current auto insurance and a valid AL Driver’s License.
