Full-Time Victim Services Coordinator
Morgan County, Monday - Friday
$17.85/hour, Non-exempt

Major Accountabilities
Accompany domestic violence victims to court proceedings for emotional support, information, and advocacy.
Assist victims in completing and filing paperwork for protection orders and Crime Victims Compensation.
Provide a full-range of case management services for non-sheltered victims including crisis counseling, support groups, and referrals to community organizations.
Serve as on-call in rotation with other staff.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in social work, criminal justice, or related field
Demonstrated interpersonal and human relation skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Completion of CSNA training program and ACADV Standards Training
Ability to work a flexible schedule
Organizational skills
Requires confidentiality, proof of reliable transportation, insurable through agency auto insurance as well as current auto insurance and a valid AL Driver’s License.
