This in-person Clinical Coordinator and Program Manager Training provides forensic nursing leaders with practical knowledge and strategies to develop, manage, and sustain effective forensic nursing programs. Topics include program development, clinical operations, staffing and scheduling, policies and protocols, quality assurance, staff education and support, multidisciplinary collaboration, data collection, and program sustainability. The training can be tailored to address the individual needs, challenges, and goals of each forensic nursing program.
